Join us for our signature speaker series, Moms' Night Out! Our April event will be held on Monday, April 1, from 7-9 pm at the Carroll Center for the Blind's Technology Center. Our keynote speaker has changed for this month and will now be Meg Stone of IMPACT Boston. We are so glad she can join us! As the executive director, Meg has led IMPACT since 2005 and in that time she has led the development of abuse prevention and safety training programs for schools, homeless shelters, rape crisis centers, disability service agencies and domestic violence organizations. Meg’s writing about abuse-related issues has been published in numerous publications. This talk will give an overview of the latest research on abuse prevention and the ways that one local organization is putting best practices to work. Learn more at impactboston.com
Our community spotlight speaker will Rachel Adler Golden. Ms. Golden will be presenting for Mothers Out Front, an organization to combat climate change. As always, MNOs are free for members. Non-members are welcome to attend our MNO events as a guest for a fee of $30.
