NOTE: We will be meeting on Wednesday, Jan 15 instead of the second Thursday this month!

As access to mental health services are sometimes limited, there are a slew of new companies coming on the market to help people through peer support. But, there is some disagreement about whether this type of "therapy" or problem resolution works. Can hearing about other peoples' lives help you improve your own? Join us in January as we discuss the benefits and limitations of peer support.

To prepare for the discussion, read the articles below, listen to the Other People's Problems podcast episode (~27 minutes), and/or just come with your own ideas.
